What does amigurumi means?
The word Amigurumi comes from Japanese. The Japanese call handicrafts knitted with crochet and needle as Ami. The Japanese call the toys that are filled with objects such as fibers or cotton as Nuigurumi. The word Amigurumi is derived as a combination of these two words.

I want to give you some informations about this pattern;

Materials:
Yarn: Himalaya Dolphin Baby or YarnArt Dolce yarn (½ skein of grey yarn and a little white one)
Black yarn or embroidering floss for eyes
Hook size: 3.5-4.0 mm
8 mm black bead for nose
Fiberfill
Abbreviations:
R = row
mc = magic circle
ch = chain
sl st = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
inc = 2 sc in the next stitch
dec = single crochet 2 stitches together
F.o. = fasten off
(12) = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( )*6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated
Head-body
Stuff with fiberfill as you go.
Use a stitch marker. The stitch marker must to be in the middle. If you need you can crochet one or two sc and move the stitch marker in the middle.
With white yarn:
R 1: 6 sc in mc (6)
R 2: (inc)*6 (12)
R 3: 12 sc
Change to grey yarn:
R 4: 3 sc, 6 inc, 3 sc (18)
R 5: 3 sc, (1 sc, inc)*6, 3 sc (24)
R 6: (3 sc, inc)*6 (30)
R 7-9: 30 sc (3 rows)
R 10: (3 sc, dec)*6 (24)
If you need crochet 1 or 2 sc more and move the stitch marker in the middle.
R 11: 3 sc, (1 sc, dec)*6, 3 sc (18)

Fore legs (make 2)
With white yarn:

Change to grey yarn:

F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Hind legs (make 2)
With white yarn:
R 1: 5 sc in mc (5)
R 2-3: 5 sc (2 rows)
Change to grey yarn:
R 4: 1 inc, 4 sc (6)
R 5-6: 6 sc (2 rows)
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Ears (make 2)
With grey yarn:
Make 13 ch.
Make an oval, work on both sides of the chain.
From the 2nd ch from hook: 4 sl st, 3 sc, 3 hdc, 1 sc, 3 sc in last st.
Turn, on the opposite side of the chain: 1 sc, 3 hdc, 3 sc, 5 sl st.
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Tail
With white yarn:
R 1: 5 sc in mc (5)
R 2: (inc)*5 (10)
R 3: (dec)*5 (5)
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Assembly
Sew ears to the head on R 9 at the distance of 4 stitches from each other.
Sew legs and tail to the body.
Sew the nose, embroider eyes with black yarn.
