What does amigurumi means?
The word Amigurumi comes from Japanese. The Japanese call handicrafts knitted with crochet and needle as Ami. The Japanese call the toys that are filled with objects such as fibers or cotton as Nuigurumi. The word Amigurumi is derived as a combination of these two words.

I want to give you some informations about this pattern;

Materials and tools:
1.hook No. 1.5, No. 1.75
2.black beads for eyes
3.a needle for sewing parts, threads
4.scissors
5.toy filler
6.yarn: Pekhorka children’s cotton (330 m / 100 g) St. beige and mint
colors, Trinity light (250 m / 100 gr) white, Alize Softy White colors, VITA fancy FLUFFY white, some yellow yarn colors (350-400 m / 100 gr), Yarn Art Jeans (160 m / 50 gr) bright pink colors
7.Some thin black yarn to decorate the face
8.decoration elements – satin ribbon, bead, button, flower and etc. – to your taste

When using these materials, the angel turns out to be about 18 cm

Abbreviations:
vp – air loop
sc – single crochet
pssn – half-column with crochet
c1n – a column with one crochet

Do not forget to evenly fill the parts in knitting process. We stuff up to 8 rows tightly, after the 8th row loose or not at all we stuff.
Fold the part in half and knit in both edges 5 sbn. Fasten, cut and hide the thread. Tie the second leg in the same way.

We knit with flesh-colored yarn, hook number 1.5.

Face design:
• Sew on hair
• Sew on the eyes
• We embroider a mouth, eyebrows, eyelashes
• We tint the cheeks with dry pastel
Tip 1: Before sewing on the eyes, try them on with pins, do a few fittings: the location of the eyes changes mood and character of the Angel.

Tip 2: During
sewing / embroidering elements of the face, insert the needle from below, in the place where the head will be sewn to the torso. In this case, all the knots will hide, if any. In the same place and withdraw the needle at the end sewing / embroidery.

Heart:
We knit with bright pink yarn, hook No. 1.5.

Fasten the thread, cut.

DO NOT stuff. Pull the hole, cut the thread and
hide. Tie the second wing in the same way.
Tie the wings around the contour with VITA fancy yarn
FLUFFY white about 55 sbn (exact the number is not indicated, since the sides of the wings no clear loops).

Nimbus:
We knit with any yellow yarn, it is best suited mercerized cotton, hook number 1.5.
Tie a chain of 25 VP, close in a ring and knit 25 sb + connecting post. Fasten the thread, cut. Leave the tip longer for sewing.

Assembly:
• sew the head to the body,
• sew the handles to the body,
• sew a heart to the handles,
• sew on the wings and halo,
• decorate the angel with decorative elements: a bow on the neck, button, bead, pendant, etc. I have it small satin bow, metal pendant and bead.
