What does amigurumi means?
The word Amigurumi comes from Japanese. The Japanese call handicrafts knitted with crochet and needle as Ami. The Japanese call the toys that are filled with objects such as fibers or cotton as Nuigurumi. The word Amigurumi is derived as a combination of these two words.

I want to give you some informations about this pattern ;
MATERIALS:
- A pair of 6 mm safety eyes
- black embroidery thread
- 2 small buttons (approx 1 cm diameter)
- tapestry needle
- pins
- stitch markers
- fiberfill for stuffing
NOTES
Head and body are worked in one piece starting from the head. Ears,
horns, arms, legs and tail are sewn to the body. The dress is worked top
down and has 2 buttons on the back.

Fasten off and weave in ends. Sew 2 buttons on the opposite side of the
buttonholes.
ASSEMBLY - Sew the horns to the head, between rounds 4 and 5.
- Pinch the ears to form a drop shape. Sew the ears to the head, starting
from round 7 (2 rounds under the horns). - Try on the dress and use sewing pins to mark the arm holes. Then sew the
arms in place. - Sew the legs between rounds 6 and 10 with an interspace of 6 stitches
on the front. - Sew the tail to the back.
- Use the orange yarn to embroider little spots on the head and neck. Make
3 straight stitches across 2 or 3 rounds.
WASHING ADVICE
Always wash in as warm a water temperature as possible – up to the temperature
recommended, with a short spin. Use a lot of water if hand washing. For
darker colours we recommend the use of discolouration sheets.
Do not Bleach.
Do not tumble dry. Drip-dry on a horizontal surface.
Professional dry cleaning in tetrachloroethylene.
Do not use optical brighteners (or any detergent containing optical
brighteners).
We recommend to use a softener to preserve the natural softness of the yarn.
