Sew the wig to the head. Embroider the mouth. Sew the head on body, first insert a pencil into the body and head or wire (they should run along the entire length of the body and head).
Eyes can be drawn on fabric, made from felt, foamiran, or use pre-made ones. Embroider eyebrows. Fixies icon also can be drawn on fabric, embroidered, cut out of felt.
